Our Story
About Rabbit Coffee
Rabbit Coffee was founded by two brothers who first fell in love with specialty coffee culture in Europe — learning the craft behind every espresso pull, every pour, every carefully sourced bean.
When they brought that experience to Los Angeles, they wanted more than another coffee stop: a mint-green truck with a personality of its own, serving European-style coffee with an American twist, one cup at a time.
Today, that same care shows up in every drink — from a classic cortado to a 16-hour cold brew — wherever the truck is parked.
